Job description

We are looking for a thinking out of the box and well organised Junior IT Support to join Strix. Laptop maintenance, internal networking, wifi management, front line support - if these areas are familiar to you and you want to work in the e-commerce industry, Strix is the perfect place for you.


  • Managing the purchase of equipment for employees
  • Managing employee acces
  • Supporting developers in their development work (e.g. environments, CI process, CD)

Tools and technologies:

  • Git

  • Bitbucket

  • Jira/Confluence

  • Bash

  • Gitlab

  • Docker

  • G Suite

  • VMWare

Salary: 4500 - 7500 PLN net (B2B), 3700 - 6200 PLN gross (UoP)

Job requirements

Must have:

  • support operating systems (Windows, OS X, Linux)

  • work with bash or any other scripting language (Python)

  • administrative skills of Debian systems

  • ability to work with Docker

  • basic knowledge of IP network operation

  • knowledge of the Polish language both spoken and written (B2)

  • knowledge of the English language both spoken and written (B2)

  • experience of working in a similar position
