Job description

We are looking for technical leader, who wants to have real impact on the work of talented developers, support the team in the implementation of best practices and standards of work and in solving technical problems. If you have experience as a leader or want to expand your competences join Strix and develop e-commerce projects for top brands in Poland, including Castorama, Inter Cars, Volkswagen, Eobuwie.

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in meetings with the client about business requirements.
  • Supporting and supervising the team in implementing good working practices and standards.
  • Analyzing business requirements with Architects, Managers, PM.
  • Clarify the business problem so that the specific architecture of the implemented solution can be prepared and the technical requirements can be defined.
  • Developing new functionalities.
  • Leading projects based on Magento 2.

Salary: 18 000 - 25 000 PLN B2B, 14 950 - 20 800 PLN brutto UoP

Job requirements

- Experience in leading a development team.

- 3+ years of commercial experience developing projects on Magento 2.

- 5+ years of experience writing scripts and coding in PHP.

- 4+ years of experience working with MySql.

- Ability to write clean code with SOLID principles.

- Ability to run unit tests.

- Basic knowledge of working with GIT.

- Experience in creating services and integrations using Rest APIs.

- Knowledge of design models.

- Knowledge of PSR standards.
