Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our company in Krakow. Your key role is to collect and monitor information on profit and loss, profitability, costs and liquidity. If you have strong accounting, process and financial controls background and are keen to develop further in a dynamic environment, this could be the opportunity.

Salaries: 8000 - 11 000 PLN brutto (Employment Contract), 10 000 - 13 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B)


  • Preparation of consolidated financial reports and analysis in English.

  • Participation in structuring the process of reporting in Poland and HQ.

  • Participation in the budgeting and opex and cash flow forecasting process .

  • Close cooperation with various departments within the group.

  • Participation in a group audit process and preparation of consolidated financial statements.

  • Participation in financial analysis processes for merger and acquisition.

  • Ad-hoc analysis, reports ordered by direct managers and CFO.


Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial role (audit, controlling, reporting).

  • Very good English, both written and spoken (C1/C2).

  • Very good Polish, both written and spoken (B2/C1).

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI.

  • Great analytical skills to consume lots of numbers and make appropriate decisions.

  • Team worker with well-developed collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of consolidation process under IFRS.

  • Experience in international environment.
