In the Ergonode team we are implementing from scratch a new open-source system for product catalogue management (www.ergonode.com). Our goal is to create one of the most intuitive systems on the market, where both product managers and programmers (frontend, backend) will be very satisfied with the applied solutions.
Our team is not big and works in Scrum - currently there are 9 people. We work with a startup attitude and mindset in a bigger organisation - Strix.
We are looking for an open-minded person with outstanding ideas who has experience in selling IT products. Our app consists of innovative technological approaches that are the main selling points of this software. Apart from understanding of the technology, we require understanding of a growing and fast-changing product and be ready to jump on these changes.
Salary: 6 000 - 10 000 zł net B2B + VAT (contract of employment is possible)

What we expect:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in the IT industry.
Very good knowledge of German, English and Polish (you will be responsible for contacting English/German speaking customers)
Good communication and teamwork skills - this is an extremely crucial issue because we solve all the problems and improvements within the team, we strive for self-organizing at work
Fast technical comprehension.
Excellent organisation of working time, including very well priorities setting.

Knowledge of the e-commerce market is much appreciated.
Running the sales process from start (lead generation based on marketing efforts) to finish (closing the deal).
Analysing customers’ needs and coming up with solutions.
Networking and maintaining existing relationships with clients from Poland and abroad.
Maintaining the contacts in CRM, take ownership for the sales process.
Prepare reports, analyse the results and come up with upgrades to the process.
