Salary range: 5000-8500 PLN gross (Employment contract)
5800 - 9000 PLN net (B2B contract)

advanced sourcing on LinkedIn
ensuring the best experience of candidates in the recruitment process, from the first contact to employment
taking care of the updating and quality control of data in the recruitment system
building relationships that will help you effectively carry out your tasks both within the HR team and with people in other areas of the organization
active participation in Employer Branding activities (meetings, conferences, job fairs, etc.)
min. 2 years of experience in the field of IT recruitment
practical knowledge of marketing tools a social-media channels to help you attract the best talent
knowledge of “out of the box” tools and methods used in direct search
excellent work organization and ability to run many different projects simultaneously
above-average communication and social skills
"head hunting" experience
proactive, driven personality who strives for continuous growth and improvement
ability to work under time pressure
very good knowledge of Polish and English (allowing for free communication with the candidates)
working with modern tools for communication and candidate selection
