About our projects:

In the Ergonode team, we are implementing from scratch a new open-source system for product catalog management (www.ergonode.com). Our goal is to create one of the most intuitive systems on the market, where both e-commerce managers and programmers (frontend, backend) will be very satisfied with the applied solutions. Our team is not big and works in Scrum - currently, there are 10 people. We work in a startup environment & mindset but in a bigger organization - Strix.

Salary range: 3500 - 5000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment), 4000 - 6000 PLN (b2B)

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first contact with customers and respond to internal tickets, messages that come from our Community in an efficient way.

  • On-site support of our clients with their installed software.

  • Help with answering questions with regards to the usability of the product.

  • At the beginning, it can be a part-time or full job.


What we expect:

  • Startup-like mindset and willingness to participate in a growing project with lots of changing factors.

  • IT-related higher education qualification or proven technical background.

  • fluent English at B2+ level.

  • fluent Polish at B2+ level.

  • Flexibility and willingness to work on various shifts.

  • A good understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn new technology and to train on new skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Problem-solving attitude.

Nice to have:

  • Customer service experience will be an asset.
