Project Manager E-commerce

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of our
e-commerce projects. You safeguard 'Delivery Excellence' by ensuring we meet all
requirements, deadlines, and budgets. You coordinate resources, manage risks, and act as the
central pivot in communication between various teams. Your dedication ensures maximum
customer satisfaction and a healthy bottom line for the agency.
You will work closely with the Delivery Manager. While the Delivery Manager focuses on
strategic client relationships, HR, and resource allocation, you focus entirely on smooth
operational execution. Together, you form the backbone of our projects

What will you do?

• Project Management: Define the scope, goals, deliverables, and success factors of every project.

• Planning & Budgeting: Create detailed project plans and manage milestones, budgets, and resource deployment.

• Execution: Lead daily operations, monitor quality, and anticipate potential risks.

• Agile Methodology: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and
  retrospectives.

• Client Contact: Proactively keep clients informed about progress, planning, and results.

• Financial Control: Monitor project figures at a granular level.

• Optimization: Ensure tight documentation, reporting, and valuable post-mortems.
  

• Who are you?

• You have proven experience managing projects within the world of e-commerce, web development, or digital agencies.

• Methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall are second nature to you; you are highly proficient in tools like Jira, Float, or Productive.

• You possess strong leadership qualities and are a natural problem solver

• You excel at prioritizing, even in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• You are a master communicator who knows how to motivate teams.

Your Team
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of project managers, developers, and
technical consultants. You will report to the Delivery Manager regarding daily progress and to
the Managing Director regarding the general strategic direction.
