Senior UX/UI Designer (m/w/d)

Your number one contact person for e-commerce shop projects:

• You are the central contact person for UX/UI design in e-commerce projects – from requirements gathering to final implementation.

• You develop compelling user journeys and interface concepts – based on research, analysis and workshops with clients.

• You lead design reviews, prepare well-founded decisions, and communicate these clearly within the team and to stakeholders.

• You will work closely with project management, development and other disciplines, and actively contribute to team selection and resource planning.

• You have high quality standards for your work – and you also coach younger designers to further develop the standard together.

• You design design systems, continuously develop them further and ensure their consistent application.

• You contribute your experience to the further development of our internal design processes and constructively question existing ones.

What you should bring

• You have been working with passion and enthusiasm at the interface between demanding customers and internal software development for several years now. 

• This allowed you to gain experience as a customer-oriented service provider in an e-commerce agency, advertising agency, an ERP system house or on the customer side (e-commerce). 

• You find it easy to manage interdisciplinary projects and to develop and continuously optimize processes. 

• Furthermore, you are able to present complex concepts to decision-makers at the client level and to moderate workshops. 

• You possess a high level of teamwork skills and feel comfortable in agile structures.

• You have useful experience with relevant (project management) tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Confluence) or can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.

• You are eager to change things and tackle new challenges: "We are pushing boundaries in commerce"
