Delivery Center Manager

Job description

For Strix we are looking for a goal-oriented, strategically thinking Manager to help us build a Delivery Centre. The role requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in nearshoring, deep network of talent sources in countries such as Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, Romania and more.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing of a nearshoring strategy.

  • Creating Delivery Center Staff and accountability for that.

  • Holding most of the Production FTEs.

  • Delivery Center resource management, including budgeting, resource allocation and capacity planning.

  • Cooperation with Group in terms of staffing needs.

  • Supporting actively sales cases.

  • Cooperating with HR Team.

  • Executing Growth Strategy.

  • Understanding business mechanics like revenue, costs, margin and how they are collected (financial KPI’s).


Salary: 15 000-20 000 PLN net (B2B), 12 400 -16 500 PLN gross (employment contract)

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience on IT Production or HR Roles.

  • At least 2 years of experience on leadership roles.

  • Experience in implementing a nearshoring strategy.

  • Experience of working with international teams and understanding their cultures of work.

  • Highly developed negotiation, communication and management skills.

  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
