Senior Agile Project Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission

Contact person no. 1 in e-commerce shop projects:

• Requirements management with new customers (e.g. in workshops or by specifications)

• Selection and composition of suitable project teams

• Resource planning and permanent project controlling (time / budget)

• Internal coordination with other project managers and account managers as well as coordination with external service providers (e.g. agencies, hosters, ERP providers)

• Independent support of the customer work on the cross-project further development of the project and support processes

You should have

• You have been active with passion and enthusiasm at the interface between demanding customers and internal software development for several years.

• You could gain experience as a customer-oriented service provider in an e-commerce agency, advertising agency, an ERP system house or on the customer side (e-commerce).

• You find it easy to control interdisciplinary projects and to develop and continuously optimize processes.

• In addition, you are able to present complex relationships at the decision-making level to the customer and to moderate workshops.

• You have the highest level of teamwork and feel comfortable in agile structures.

• You have useful experience in relevant (project management) tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Confluence) or can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
