At Strix, a leading e-commerce company operating across Europe, we are seeking a Group Financial Controller to support the management team in informed decision-making and ensure efficient financial processes. We are seeking a self-reliant, analytical professional ready to take full responsibility for their area in an international environment.

Job requirements

Your tasks:

  • Revenue, Ebitda, and KPI analysis 

  • Budgeting and forecasting process management

  • Monthly consolidation of results from several Group entities

  • Creating ad-hoc analyses for the management board and translating data into specific recommendations

  • Cash flow forecasting, reportin,g and management for the Group entities

  • Consolidating reporting and working with data from different systems

  • Cooperating with auditors and providing data in Due Diligence/M&A processes

  • Managing an international team of specialists in the field of controlling and accounting


Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance (ideally: corporation/audit + smaller company)

  • Experience working in capital groups

  • Very good knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS welcome)

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel (willingness to learn Google Sheets)

  • Fluency in English and Polish

  • Proactive, pragmatic person with a high sense of responsibility


Nice to have: Power BI, accounting or ERP systems, for example, Symfonia, AFAS, Datev.
