Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your mission will be to build our agency’s visibility in the e-commerce space and drive qualified leads for services based on technologies like Shopify, Shopware, and Pimcore.

Job requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our services and partner solutions.

  • Create engaging B2B content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters).

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta).

  • Organize and promote industry events (K5, DMEXCO, webinars, partner activations).

  • Manage and grow our social media presence and support employer branding efforts — with a focus on LinkedIn.

  • Implement marketing automation and report on campaign performance (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

What we expect

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B or agency marketing (ideally within SaaS or e-commerce).

  • Ability to balance strategy and execution — from planning to measurable results.

  • Experience in performance and content marketing.

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
    Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience with partner or co-marketing initiatives (e.g. software vendors).

  • Ability to conduct market and competitive analysis.

  • Skills in data-driven reporting (Google Data Studio, HubSpot dashboards).

  • Genuine interest in technology, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends.
