PIM Project Manager / Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Strix, with a working knowledge of PIM systems and the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end implementation projects of PIM systems:

• analysing customer needs, conducting workshops, sales (technical) meetings for customers, presenting system capabilities, supporting the sales team
• analysing of integration possibilities of PIM with other systems (e-commerce, ERP, PLM, DAM, marketplace, others) and presentation of recommendations on data flow architecture
• configuration of the data model in PIM (attributes, categories, templates, etc.) and general system settings (users, ACL, workflow, etc.)
• overall implementation planning, preparation of schedules, checklists and roadmaps
• post-implementation support

- Preparation of estimates/prices/proposals for PIM implementation for customers

- Carrying out internal PIM development projects, primarily implementation of universal connectors, cooperation with the development team, task management, testing

• experience of working with PIM systems, knowledge of the main features and applications of such systems
• experience of working with clients, ability to gather requirements and propose solutions
• min. basic knowledge of e-commerce, nice to have: Shopware 6 and/or Magento 2
• basic knowledge of the characteristics and applications of ERP systems
• understanding of the concept of API, knowledge of its types and basic characteristics to the extent that it is possible to discuss requirements vs. possibilities of their implementation with the development team and the customer
• very good knowledge of MS Excel (including basic knowledge of VBA), experience in working with data processing and CSV files
• multi-tasking, ability to plan and carry out a variety of tasks and projects
• ability to maintain project documentation
• English language at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective oral and written communication
• fluent knowledge of the Polish language
