  • Coordination of requirements management (e.g. in workshops through to the creation of requirements pages); Working with the Product Backlog (Jira)

  • Working in a Scrum context: Preparing and executing Scrum events

  • Collaboration with the development team and Scrum Master on an equal footing towards continuous improvement of the product and processes

  • Transparent management of an impediment log, handling of change requests and documentation of decisions and their effects

  • Independent customer support and stakeholder management

  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of steering committees

  • Resource planning and permanent project controlling (time / budget)

  • Regular exchange in the project management team and participation in the cross-project development of the project and support processes

  • Coordination of internal project participants and external service providers (e.g. hosters, software manufacturers, etc.)

  • Maintenance of revenue forecast

Job requirements

You should have

  • Several years of experience at the interface between demanding customers and internal software development

  • Experience as a customer-oriented service provider in an e-commerce agency, advertising agency, an ERP system house or on the customer side (e-commerce)

  • Deep understanding of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban as well as experience in agile teams

  • Ability to manage interdisciplinary projects and continuously optimize results and processes in an agile context

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and precisely and to moderate workshops

  • Maximum ability to work in a team and feel comfortable in agile structures

  • Experience with relevant (project management) tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Confluence) or quick familiarization with new topics

  • Culture of appreciation and respect as well as the desire to make a positive contribution to our work environment

  • Desire to change things and tackle new things: “We are pushing boundaries in commerce”
