As a Senior E-Commerce Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital growth strategies for leading brands. You’ll advise clients on e-commerce performance, marketing automation, and loyalty programs across platforms like Shopware and Shopify.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce strategies and growth roadmaps.

• Manage and optimize marketing automation systems (Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp).

• Design and execute customer retention and loyalty programs (Voucherify, Influence.io).

• Enhance personalization through tools like Nosto.

• Collaborate closely with internal and client teams on strategic and operational levels.
  
  

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital consulting.

• Strong expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and retention strategies.

• Technical understanding of tools like Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Nosto.

• Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
