As a Senior E-Commerce Consultant (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the strategic consulting of leading brands. You will develop data-driven growth strategies for Shopware and Shopify stores, and optimize marketing automation and loyalty programs.

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of e-commerce strategies and growth roadmaps.

• Implementation and optimization of marketing automation systems (Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp).

• Conception and implementation of customer retention and loyalty programs (Voucherify, Influence.io ).

• Improving personalization through tools like Nosto.

• Close collaboration with internal teams and customers at the strategic and operational levels.
  
  

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce or digital consulting field.

• Solid knowledge of CRM, automation and retention strategies .

• Technical understanding of tools such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, and Nosto.

• Analytical thinking, initiative and strong communication skills.
