Hey there :)

Do you enjoy taking responsibility, making clear decisions, and leading complex projects towards successful completion in a structured and reliable way? Then we’re looking for you — a Senior Project Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of Shopify client projects and ensure clarity, stability, and quality throughout.

Your mission

• Lead complex Shopify client projects end-to-end — from kick-off to go-live

• As Project Lead, take responsibility for quality, scope, and project outcomes

• Structure projects clearly, set priorities, and ensure transparent decision-making processes

• Identify risks early, resolve conflicting objectives, and confidently guide projects through challenging decision-making phases

• Moderate decision-making sessions and stakeholder alignment meetings to create clarity and commitment

• During selected early-stage or decision-critical project phases, structure requirements and work together with UX & Tech to prepare solid decision-making foundations for our Shopify projects

• Use your conceptual expertise to support the preparation of proposals for large RFPs

What you bring

• 5–7+ years of experience in managing complex digital or tech projects (ideally in an agency or project-driven environment)

• Must-have: Strong experience with Shopify projects, ideally including Shopify Plus (e.g. app ecosystems, migrations, integrations, complex setups)

• Experience as a project lead with professional/project ownership — not purely operational coordination

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• A highly structured and decisive approach to work

• Strong sense of ownership and reliability

• Very good German and good English
