Job description
We are looking for a person who not only knows technology, but can also support others effectively - whether they work in the same office or on the other side of the world. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the key person responsible for providing technical support to the employees of our e-commerce company - both in Poland and in our international teams.
Your job will be to solve problems quickly and efficiently, proactively look for solutions and ensure that everyone in the company can work smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Preparation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of computer equipment for company employees.
Maintaining records of IT resources, including computer hardware, mobile devices, servers and other IT infrastructure.
Operating the internal network (LAN, WiFi), managing the IT infrastructure in the office.
Supporting the upkeep/maintenance of company-wide and project systems.
Management of access to systems and applications used in the company, in accordance with applicable security procedures and access policies.
Configuration and support in Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace systems.
Front-line support - diagnosing and resolving day-to-day issues for employees and developers.
Technical support for company events.
Candidate profile:
Communicative - you are able to talk to people of different technical levels, both in Polish and English (min. B2).
Independent and proactive - you look for solutions, you learn new things, you are not afraid of challenges.
Organised - you know how to maintain documentation, manage records and keep systems in order.
Technically curious - you are interested in new tools, automation and looking for ways to improve your work.
Flexible - you thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
Salary: 6000 - 8500PLN gross (EoC), 7200 - 10200PLN net (B2B)
Job requirements
Practical knowledge of operating systems: Linux, macOS, Windows.
Basic knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of the basics of process automation (e.g. scripts, access automation tools or configurations).
Fundamentals of Linux/Windows system administration.
Knowledge of the basics of LAN/WAN operation.
Ability to diagnose technical problems and take a logical approach to solving them.
