Your role
As a Lead Developer, PHP/Symfony, you will lead the team and take responsibility for the development of ambitious e-commerce projects. Your technical decisions will directly impact the architecture and performance of large-scale systems for top-tier clients.
Lead and contribute to Symfony-based projects (new implementations, custom modules, integrations).
Mentor and support less experienced developers.
Drive architectural decisions and promote best practices (clean code, testing, documentation).
Collaborate closely with stakeholders – from product owners to end clients.
Optimize performance and scalability of enterprise-level applications.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for
5–7+ years of experience in PHP and Symfony.
Strong background in designing and developing enterprise-scale solutions.
Solid knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and MySQL.
Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, ElasticSearch.
Excellent communication skills and Agile/Scrum experience.
Nice to have: Shopware 6 (integrations, modules) and Vue.js.
Dutch language proficiency (C1).
